We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Within the continental U.S., orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after they’ve been processed.

Overnight and express shipping (2-day) is also available at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 11am PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed on a weekend (Saturday-Sunday) or on a holiday will ship the following business day.


For a limited time only, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders!

Express (2-day) shipping is $15.

Overnight Shipping $25.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. We will send a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed.

You can also access your tracking information from your My Orders page.


If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to support@sainthaven.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any changes or cancel before shipping.

We want you to love our product as much as we do, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer free returns. You may return items within 30 days as long as the tags are still attached and are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.



When we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed in 5-10 days. Once processed, most credit card refunds will post to your account in 1-3 business days. Please note that due to COVID 19 there may be some delays. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed.


You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange any unworn, unwashed and unaltered items, with tags attached, purchased from Saint Haven. We offer quick and easy exchanges for the same style in a different size or color all in one transaction. Select Instant Exchange when you submit your exchange to process the new item (s) right away no need to wait for us to receive the return item (s) before your exchange is shipped out.

Exchanges are shipped from our warehouse once your new order has been received and will be processed the same as all new orders.

You will receive a confirmation email once your new order has been processed.


If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact returns@sainthaven.com and include the following information:
 - Original order number and your current shipping address
 - Photos of the damaged and defective item

All of our garments are machine washable and dryer-safe. Washing with cold water on a delicate cycle and drying with low heat or air-drying is always best.

Yes, all of our items are able to be sent as a gift. A custom note can be provided for no extra charge.
