We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Within the continental U.S., orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after they’ve been processed.

Expedited shipping (2-day) is also available at checkout.


Standard shipping is $5 for orders under $75. For a limited time only, we are offering free shipping on all orders!

Free standard shipping for every order over $75.

Expedited (2-day) shipping is $18.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. We will send a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed.

We know you’re busy. That’s why we include a free return label in all of our shipments.

You may return items within 30 days as long as they have the tags still on and are unworn, unwashed, unaltered.


You may return items purchased within 30 days from Saint Haven as long as they have the tags still on and are unworn, unwashed, unaltered.


To return an item, please select a return reason code, and place the slip in your Saint Haven box along with the item(s) you’re returning. Use the pre-paid return sticker by placing it on top of the box, and drop it off at any USPS access point, including a local Post Office, USPS blue collection box or your residential mail box. If you’ve misplaced your return sticker, please click here to print a new one.


When we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed in 5-10 days. Once processed, most credit card refunds will post to your account in 1-3 business days.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange any unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from Saint Haven. Please contact [email protected] to process your exchange.

All of our garments are machine washable and dryer-safe. As for any garment, washing with cold water and drying with low heat or air-drying is always best.

Yes, all of our items are able to be sent as a gift. A custom note can be provided for no extra charge.
