We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Within the continental U.S., orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after they’ve been processed.
Overnight and express shipping (2-day) is also available at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 11am PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed on a weekend (Saturday-Sunday) or on a holiday will ship the following business day.

Express (2-day) shipping is $15.
Overnight Shipping $25.

We want you to love our product as much as we do, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer free returns. You may return items within 30 days as long as the tags are still attached and are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
When we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed in 5-10 days. Once processed, most credit card refunds will post to your account in 1-3 business days. Please note that due to COVID 19 there may be some delays.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange any unworn, unwashed and unaltered items, with tags attached, purchased from Saint Haven. We offer quick and easy exchanges for the same style in a different size or color all in one transaction- no need to wait for us to receive and process your exchange or to place a separate order.
