We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Within the continental U.S., orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after they’ve been processed.
Overnight and express shipping (2-day) is also available at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 11am PST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed on a weekend (Saturday-Sunday) or on a holiday will ship the following business day.

We want you to love our product as much as we do, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer free returns. You may return items within 30 days as long as the tags are still attached and are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

1. Enter the order number and the shipping address zip code to start the return. If you do not have this available you will find options to start with an email address or to return a gift.
2. Select the item(s) from the order that you wish to return and the appropriate reason. Once your return is authorized you will receive step-by-step instructions for sending back your item(s) and a prepaid shipping label via email.
When we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed in 5-10 days. Once processed, most credit card refunds will post to your account in 1-3 business days. Please note that due to COVID 19 there may be some delays.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange any unworn, unwashed and unaltered items, with tags attached, purchased from Saint Haven. We offer quick and easy exchanges for the same style in a different size or color all in one transaction- no need to wait for us to receive and process your exchange or to place a separate order.

1. Once your order is pulled up, click on the item you wish to exchange and for the return reason select "Did not fit", "Changed mind" or "Not as pictured on website" in order to have the option to exchange instead of return. You will then be prompted to select a new size and/or color in that same style.
2. Once you have completed your exchange and it has been authorized you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) you are exchanging along with a prepaid shipping label via email. You will also receive an email confirmation of your new order.
3. Pack up the item(s) you are sending back and skip the extra wait time for your new item(s) to arrive.
Exchanges are shipped from our warehouse once your new order has been received and will be processed the same as all new orders.
